For years, Michele was the pioneer — forging new territories in leadership and ministry, creating opportunities where none existed, innovating in spaces without roadmaps. From boardrooms to international settings, from leading organizations to guiding transformational experiences across four continents, she was often breaking new ground.
But here's what no one tells you about being a pioneer: it can be lonely.
Michele's greatest breakthroughs never came from what she accomplished alone. They came from the people who chose to walk alongside her — a teacher who called her to a higher standard, a coach who saw potential she couldn't yet see in herself, a mentor who was simply, steadfastly for her.

La Questa is the name of the street where Michele and her husband Tony lived for twenty years — where they raised their sons into men, hosted countless gatherings, welcomed people in, and did their own deep learning and growing. It was a place of hospitality, transformation, and belonging.
The name carries all of that. The quest. Because that's what we're all on — a sacred search to become who we were meant to be, to use our gifts in ways that matter, to create the kind of flourishing this world needs.

When we're together, I'm fully there. I pay attention to everything — your words, your energy, what's said and what isn't. I prepare before every session so I can show up centered and ready to give you my best.
